| Amsterdam Expats: ervaren specialist in huur en verhuur. Wij zijn een makelaarskantoor met jarenlange ervaring in het bemiddelen bij huur en verhuur van gestoffeerde en/of gemeubileerde woningen. Wij zijn dè specialist bij het vinden van een geschikte woning voor werknemers die voor tijdelijke uitzending in Nederland verblijven. Onze missie is niet om de grootste te zijn, maar wel één van de betere. Met deze doelstelling hebben wij al jaren een continue groei doorgemaakt. Dagelijks bedienen wij een netwerk van internationale bedrijven en organisaties. Voornamelijk expats die voor korte of lange duur in Nederland zijn gedetacheerd hebben wij aan een woning geholpen. Ons unieke punt is dat wij een NVM kantoor zijn die zich uiteraard ook aan de spelregels opgesteld door de NVM moeten houden. Vaak genoeg zijn de bemiddelaars bij gemeubileerde verhuur kleine bemiddelaars die de cowboys in de makelaardij zijn waar je in bladen over leest. Ze laten zich vaak ook door beide partijen betalen, zodat u als klant niet weet of de makelaar wel specifiek uw belangen heeft behartigd. Bij ons is dit uit den boze en dus volstrekt niet toegestaan. Bij ons is de klant ook zeker dat zijn belangen voorop staan. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are a real estate agency with years of experience in the leasing and letting of part-furnished and/or furnished homes. We have mainly helped find homes for expats posted to the Netherlands for short or long periods. What makes us unique is that we are members of the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Experts), which of course means we must comply with the rules set by the NVM. All too often, furnished lettings agents are small players – the cowboy real estate agents you read about in the papers. They often take payment from both parties, so you the client do not know whether the real estate agent has specifically served your interests. This is completely inadmissible for us and therefore absolutely forbidden. You can rest assured that for us, the client's interests are paramount. | |
